Krav Maga is a practical and tactical system which teaches how to prevent, deal and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks. It prepares the trainees in the subjects of self-defense, self protection, fighting and combat skills, as well as skills to defend others, all in unique and comprehensive teachings and way. Krav Maga was developed in Israel, under realistic demands and conditions and was founded and formed by Imi Lichtenfeld (Sde-Or) and continues to advance and be modified by Eyal Yanilov, assisted by the top instructors of IKMF. Krav Maga is also used by Special Forces of France (GIGN), Poland, US and Austria.
Krav Maga was introduced in the Philippines in 2005 and is an accredited member of the IKMF. At present, its members are coming from the entertainment industry, military, political and especially the common people. It was recently featured in Sports Unlimited in ABSCBN. Krav Maga is a system easy to learn that allows an individual to maximize his self-preservation and abilities in any challenging environment.
This self-defense program gives a free 2-hour full training experience to interested parties under the supervision of IKMF Trainer Dariusz Gruszczynski from Poland who has trained for more than 10 years with the best instructors in the world. He has trained civilians, the military police, and some groups of women. Darius is also an expert in Judo, Karate Kyokushinkai, Ju jitsu and boxing.
